Want a Reproduction Made?

I can reproduce rubber or plastic parts in any quantity to complete

your personal sled or to sell to fellow Vintage Sledheads.

BUT REMEMBER, the lower the quantity, the higher the price!

EXAMPLE-Custom building a mold for one piece may cost $1000

but if you make 50 pieces from the $1000 mold your down to $20

per part tooling cost. If you make 100 pieces your down to $10 per

part, so you see the more you make the cheaper they are to sell.

Producing the actual part from the mold costs pretty much the

same amount no matter what the quantities. If you have a snow flap

with lettering or emblem that needs to be reproduced, I can digitally

scan it for an exact match. Unfortunately snow flaps with cords in

them I can't do. Colored lettering can be done but as usual everything

cost money. I personally sell a few products, as you see by my site,

but also have made parts for others to sell. The snow flaps on

My basic contract is: I will provide you an agreed amount of parts

for an agreed amount of money and you have the exclusive selling

rights of that product for one year. Now I can't guarantee that someone

else might make them, but I will not sell any of the product to anyone

else in that years time. After one year if you reorder at least half your

original order your exclusive rights continue for another year and

so on and so on. After the first year if you do not order more, I have
